1. The casino's own processing window
Every casino here keeps a withdrawal pending for a set time before releasing it, whatever the cashier label says. Winz's terms set a one-hour target, with the warning that "some withdrawals may take longer than others". RocketPlay's FAQ states up to 24 hours on its side. SkyCrown and Woo aim to process within 72 hours of approval. Avantgarde allows up to 18 working days for approval. Vegas Now labels its methods "Instant" but its terms let it hold a withdrawal for the time its checks need. Nothing speeds this leg up except asking support once the window has passed.
2. Verification not finished
The first withdrawal waits for documents. Checks take "usually from one to 24 hours" at RocketPlay and "up to 30 working days" by Woo's and SkyCrown's KYC policies. Upload your ID, proof of address and proof of payment right after sign-up. Our verification guide lists what each casino asks for.
3. The deposit hasn't been played through
Before a withdrawal, the deposit itself has to be wagered: once at RocketPlay and Avantgarde, three times at Vegas Now, SkyCrown and Woo; Winz asks once for crypto deposits and three times for card and e-wallet deposits. A request before that can be refused or charged a processing fee, depending on the casino. Check your wagering progress in the account before you request.
RocketPlay asks for 1x wagering on a deposit and states up to 24 hours on its side for crypto and e-wallet withdrawals.

Bonus money has its own wagering, and a withdrawal while a bonus is active can cancel the bonus and its winnings. RocketPlay's FAQ says an active bonus must be wagered before a withdrawal. If speed matters more than the bonus, you can usually decline it at deposit.
5. The amount is above a limit
Requests over the daily, weekly or monthly cap are split or delayed: RocketPlay caps withdrawals at $9,000 a week, Vegas Now at $6,000 a day, Woo at $4,000 a day, Avantgarde at $1,500 per request, and Winz at 2 card or e-wallet withdrawals a day. Our withdrawal limits page has every cap in AUD.
6. A different method from your deposit
Casinos often pay back by the method you deposited with, to stop money being moved through them. RocketPlay's FAQ says withdrawals go only to the deposit method, and Avantgarde pays crypto only after a crypto deposit. Choosing your withdrawal method at deposit time avoids a back-and-forth with support.
7. Bank transfers and business days
Bank transfers are counted in business days: 3 to 7 at RocketPlay, 3 at SkyCrown and Woo. Weekends and public holidays don't count, so a request late in the week lands later than the day count suggests. Crypto and e-wallets don't have this leg.
When a withdrawal is overdue
- Compare the time passed with the casino's stated window, including business days.
- Check the account for a document request or unfinished wagering.
- Ask live chat what is holding the withdrawal and which clause of the terms applies. Keep the answer.
- Keep checking your email: Woo, SkyCrown and RocketPlay can cancel a withdrawal if they can't reach you within two weeks.
A withdrawal that has become a worry is also a good moment to step back. Gambling Help Online is free and open 24/7 on 1800 858 858.
